Earlier in the season, the Jammin' Jambalaya Band performed Zydeco music, Mardi Gras Music and more to a packed house at the Orlando County Convention Center for The Association of Energy Engineers. The Jammin' Jambalaya Band paraded 4,000 attendees into the ballroom, then took the stage performing Zydeco, Second Line and Funky Dixieland tunes leaving the crowd on their feet and dancing in the aisles.
